I was thinking about what you wrote about the lack of infrared light during winter in some parts of the world and how easily that’s solved when you follow a more traditional lifestyle. For most of our history, people in colder, less sunny parts of the world would rely on candles and fireplaces a lot to handle the cold and dark months. And fire produces infrared light. Do I understand correctly that this can make up for the lack of infrared light from the sun?
