Haha, what a personal vindication! Human vanity literally ruining health. I am known in my family as the "dirty" man as I hate cleaning, I never use any chemicals to wash clothes, dishes or myself. Incidentally or not, I never get sick, never had Covid and is still I am the only one in the family interested in health and wellness. Long love the dirt! Love your blog, btw! I have learnt a lot.
