I want to thank you for all the good info you have provided so far. I’m a fan of Jack Kruse so I’m pretty familiar to what you have been writing about, but it’s nice to read someone else’s thoughts/descriptions on the subject.
On another note: I also thank you for some of the merchandise/products that you recommend. I do want to say one thing though-- the clothing companies that sell organic cotton products are ridiculously expensive. I can’t fathom spending that kind of money on clothes. I would say “it’s only for the rich and famous ‘centralized’ folks!”
The organic cotton products certainly are expensive I completely agree. I hope this is something that comes down in price as we see more competition in the market place.
Thanks, Tristin! This is the best explanation of grounding I’ve ever read. Also, the picture of how grounding reduces the clumping of red blood cells is a very compelling graphic for both sharing and illustrating the benefits of grounding.

Thank you James! I really appreciate that.

Can you tell us what your recommendations are in regards to meal timing and exercise timing?
can certainly write about that! i think in a greater circadian alignment/sleep post...stay tuned!
Fascinating! It’s amazing how far away from nature we’ve gotten as a civilization when just being barefoot can be considered a ‘hack.’
